Our Collies

For 13 years, Kristi has raised rough collies.  RC Farms has continued the tradition with three rough collies being offered for stud:  AKC Sunny South Scoutin' for Trouble (Scoot Scoot), AKC Glen Hill Shining Hour (Moonshine), and AKC Sunny South Confederate Blue Sky (Rhett). Our collies have incredible Glen Hill and Affenloch bloodlines.  Some of our puppies have been featured on the back cover of the late Pat Starkweather's book, The Magnificent Collie.

Scoot Scoot (pictured above as a four month old) is a beautiful blue-factored, mahogany sable with natural ears.  He has been shown successfully in the Southeast dog show circuit. Moonshine and Rhett are blue merles, with Rhett being a beautiful rare sable-factored dog.   Moonshine came to Kristi as a two-year old, and was successfully shown in the United States by his previous owners.

Though RC Farms does not breed for collie puppies on the premises anymore, Scoot Scoot and Rhett's mother and father are on the premises as the last parents of the last litter.
